Technical details

This project transforms a standard 1980s apartment into a functional, New York-inspired industrial home for a young professional. By strategically relocating the kitchen to the living area, we unlocked space for a dedicated office and a private master bedroom, optimizing every square meter. The interior features a bold mix of exposed brickwork, concrete-textured finishes, and black metal elements, creating a masculine 'man cave' aesthetic that balances early 20th-century grit with modern urban comfort.
