Technical details

The interior is defined by a harmonious combination of wood, metal, stone, and exposed brick, creating a darker, intimate atmosphere with a strong sense of character. The spatial layout is carefully zoned, featuring a central bar that serves both the interior dining area and the outdoor pool, ensuring fluid service and strong functional connections. Communal block tables are integrated into the concept, designed to be available for guests of the holiday complex and to encourage shared dining experiences. An open kitchen forms a key focal point of the restaurant, offering guests a direct view of the culinary process and reinforcing the connection between craftsmanship, transparency, and the dining experience.
